Protection of environment is a crucial issue in each country all over the world. Taking care of environment needs a lot of efforts and funds. Environmental projects are capital absorbing. The aim of the paper is to present and analyse domestic and foreign funds directed to protection of environment and ecology policy in Poland. The funds from various sources, especially from EU, are a significant part in financial structure of environmental projects in Poland
