Properties of natural saline soils at Resko Przymorskie Lake
2001
Pracz, J. (Agricultural University, Warsaw (Poland). Chair of Soil Environment Sciences)
The aim of the paper was to estimate properties of the natural saline soils of the organic origin. The total salt content in the soil was up to 3.11 percent. In this amount dominated NaCl. The very high SAR coefficient of ground and surface waters influenced very intensive penetration of the Na cations into the sorption complex of the soils. The saturation degree of the sorption complex with the sodium cations reached 30 percent CEC. These saline soils were classified as semisolonchak sodium soils
