Potential nutritive value of sediments from productive water in fish processing factory

Sediments formated from postproductive water in fish processing factories were characterized by high content of dry matter with protein and fat included. Extracted fat fulfiled requirements for the 1st quality of feed fats. Contents of SFA, MUFA and PUFA were at a level respectively: 18.06, 30.87 and 51.07 percent. Acids C18:2, C18:1, C16:0 and C18:3 were prevailed and they made respectively 38.65, 27.37, 11.42 and 6.38 percent of the total content of long chain fatty acids.
