[Method of forecasting milk productivity of cows of the Ukrainian Black and Spotted dairy breed]

As a prototype of the method proposed, a method for the Danish and Angler breeds is used, which is found to be unusable as to the Ukrainian Black and Spotted breed yet. This caused the necessity to develop a method of forecasting milk productivity of cows of the Ukrainian Black and Spotted dairy breed, which consists of the stages as follows: selecting the cows at the age of 12-18 months according to their origin, exterior, constitution and live weight and testing thereof according to blood polymorphous protein complexes, deshifring and analyzing the phoregrammes. The testing is carried out according to the types of transpherine, amylase and ceruloplasmine. In doing so the animals, blood of which contains the polymorphous complexes TfDD, AmBC, CpAB, TfAD, AmBC, CpAB and TfAD, AmCC, CpAB, are considered as the promising ones according to their milk productivity and selected for the further breeding work.
