The accuracy of land form presentation depends on the method of surveying, equipment and instruments, and on the method of land form presentation. The accuracy of soil mass assessment also depends on the presentation and calculation methods. The authors point to the effect of land form presentation accuracy on the accuracy of soil mass assessment in forest road design and construction.
