The later takes into account only the air temperature -t0. A great variety of experimental evapotranspiration data have been treated in this paper. It has been established that year-to-year Z-coefficient over a certain crop development stage deviated by 20-50% if compared with the mean long-term respective value. The same deviation has been established when comparing Z-coefficient with references (Zahariev, 1986). Obtained long-term results have confirmed application of eq.1 is related to significant uncertainty in evapotranspiration estimation. In field conditions evapotranspiration can be measures with sufficient accuracy by using: tensiometers, TDR techniques, neutron probes ets.
