The objective of this has been to develop a method of analysis of contents of Atrazine, deethylatrazine (DEA), deisopropylatrazine (DIA) and deetildeisopropylatrazine (DEIA) in water. The method consisted of three parts. The method was used for analysis of natural groundwater samples. A study was conducted during April 2001, on 110 groundwater samples taken from near-surface aquifers. The average concentrations were 0.198 microgram/l for Atrazine, 0.116 microgram/l for DEA, 0.043 microgram/l for DIA and 0.077 microgram/l for DEIA.
