Waterpower engineering of Vojvodina is in very difficult situation because of large remnant in jobs in draining, irrigation field, flood control and others as well as big finance problem of needed jobs. The unsaid omnibus law, which brought possibility founding a public waterpower engineering firm, was not solve contemporary question of its financing. Because of that problem for providing needed means of work is appeared, either collecting many from taxes from juristic or physical person or from budget.
