Different drying regimes used for chopped sorrel drying were tested and compared. Two control methods of ventilators were compared with different regimes of time switching used during chopped sorrel drying. The consumption of electric energy by the ventilators drive depended on sorrel moisture content. The control of ventilators or time switching had no effect on the result of the drying.
