The research objective previses to clarify all structural changes in the constitution of meat producers and market as well as to formulate advisable activities. The situation in the market of meat and meat products was clarified after the performance of dynamic analysis of the meat and meat products as well as after the research of concentration processes of meat production. In the promotion of competitiveness of meat producers and processing enterprises there is one of the most important aspects - the solution of production effectiveness and profitability problems. One of the solutions of this problem is the necessity of consolidation and integration, including regional aspects, which step up the market efficacy of meat industry in conditions of general globalisation.
