In vitro micropropagated shoots derived from self-pollinated Tuono seeds germinated in vitro, were used as source of tissue for adventitious regeneration. As previously described for Boa Casta cv., Tuono leaves revealed potential for adventitious regeneration, although the plating orientation had to be the opposite. Using MS3 medium, a 20% regeneration efficiency was obtained and shoots developed fast and healthy
