The present paper is a review of the predators and parasitoids observed in vineyards including lists given by different authors and also a list of the main arthropods in the portuguese vineyards. Following the observations in vineyards some bio-diversity on the occurrence of beneficial insects may be expected according to differences on geographic localisation of vineyards and differences on the relative importance of the phytophagous species
