The Workshop was conducted in Tunisia and Morocco. The programme included detailed review of the dairy sector in the two countries, and the channels of milk collection, processing and marketing. It also included visits to dairy farms, milk collection centers and milk control laboratories. Several recommendations were cited in view to develop the dairy sector.
