Productive performances of native chicken were studied to investigate the efficiency of artificial incubation of native chicken eggs. Four treatments according to cock weight i.e. 3.0-3.4 kg (T1), 3.5-3.9 kg (T2) higher than 3.9 kg (T3), and lower than 3.0 kg (T4), were experimented with five replications. Hens were randomly selected for pen mating, at ratio of 1:8. A set of eggs were incubated weekly in four consecutive weeks. The results indicated that egg production, fertility, hatchability of fertile eggs and hatchability of total eggs set did not differ significantly, but the production cost/chick of T4 was lower than T2, T3, and T4 (10.80, 11.08, 14.70, and 16.74 bahts, respectively).
