The results of investigations on the full use of potential capabilities of the symbiotic system pea-nitrogen fixing bacteria are given. The expediency is proved of using the highly effective ecologically safe plant growth regulators DH-482, Bactozol on the background of inoculation with the complementary strain Rhizobium leguminozarum 263b for the presowing treatment of pea seed. It is noticed that the simultaneous stimulation of macro- and microsymbionts influences the growth and development of pea plants, processes of photosynthesis, forming and development of the symbiotic apparatus. It is found out that the nitrogenase activity in experimental variants exceeds the nitrogenase activity in the control by two times. A conclusion is drawn that the plant growth stimulators together with the bacteria improve the reduced nitrogen content and the carbon and nitrogen ratio is maintained at the level which is optimum for nitrogen fixation
