Transition of agricultural economic patterns is the first objective of agricultural renovation and has obtained such great results as improvement of productivity of crops and live stocks, establishment of areas for crops and animals, primary setting up labor assignment toward commercialised production, and apeed-up of processing industry. However, it is necessary to have good solutions to land use right, investment for infrastructure development, development of science and technology, enhancement of trade, and improvement of people's knowledge in rural areas to meet the further development requirement in coming years.
