Effect of chemical fertilizer on field crops were studied under irrigated area in Chai Nat and Phitsanulok farmer's field. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with 4 replications. Treatment consisted of nitrogen fertilizer rate of 0-30 kg N/rai for maize and sweet corn whereas phosphate and potash were basal application at the rate 5 kg/rai of P2O5 and K2O, respectively. For soybean and mungbean experiments phosphate rate of 0-12 kg P2O5/rai were investigated. Results showed that nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased maized and sweet corn yields. The fertilizer response rate were 20-30 kg N/rai. However, no significant effect of phosphate fertilizer on seed weight of soybean and mungbean were observed.
