Subject of researching was influence of mutually oxygen and concentrate using with different percentage fat in feeding of Californian trout breeding in intensive breeding system in Ruplje Fish Pond, S.O. Crna Trava, Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro). As a place where fish live, quality and quantity of water is decisive importance for successful production of breeding fish trout. Quality of water is determined with series of physical and chemical characteristics that is necessary perceive during the process of production. Less retreat from optimal value resulting decreasing production, while higher could cause appearance of diseases and fish breeding mortality. Energetic needs of breeding fish satisfying from carbohydrates and fat. Increasing of portion of fat in concentrate on account of carbohydrates cause breeding fish gains, cut short period of breeding to consume size and reach higher yields. Main question of this dileme is to the which boundary should be reached of optimal quantity of soluble oxygen and increasing portion of fat in concentrate that would be positive results. When does results start with unfavourable causes.
