Czech Spotted heifers and cows were used as embryo donors and recipients in this study aimed at evaluating the yields of milk, milk proteins and protein concentrations in donors (n=31), recipients (n=74) and daughters (n=74) from embryotransfer. The selected characteristics were analysed in the first and maximum lactation. The values of the studied variables in both first and maximum lactations were lower in recipient cows than in donors and daughters. The highest values were obtained in daughters. In comparison with the donors, their milk yield in first and maximum lactation was higher by 305.5 kg and 823.3 kg, resp., protein concentration by 0.19% and 0.24% (P less than 0.01), resp., and protein yield by 28.55 (maximum lactation only). There was no effect of the recipients on the performances of the daughters. The donors may be selected according to their performances on the first lactation.
