The purpose of this article is to make clear the mechanism of regional disparities and the fundamental characteristics of development of rural enterprises, by analysing the distibution state of business, and the form of rural enterprises at the center in Guzhen prefecture, Anhui Province, where economic development will become large-scale from now on. Account is also taken of the fundamental disposition of rural Enterprises by analyzing the regional development structure of present Chinese farming area. By analyzing the basic character while analyzing business spread structure having to do with an area in present-day China farm village in this articler and moreover econmy developments analyzing the distribution actual state according to the category of business according to the possession form of the business mainly in the case in this central area to make a case and this article has a purpose of making an occurrence mechanism with the basic characteristic and the area differential of the business clear. In the future, the business plans like a surface based on the national economy development plan and the industrial policy of the state as the action of the area differential reduction and must arrange location place like rationality.
