The development of pharmacy has a great importance to the recuperation and saving the people's health. Chemistry, pharmacy branch is an important part of the national economy of Latvia. In a memorandum are regarded development of Latvia's pharmacy branch, affecting factors and problems. In these work is overlooked opportunities of growth of Latvia at the introduction into European Union accordingly development Latvia's of the industry providing for the new market those preferential which give moving the goods, services, a labour and the capital. In this paper analysed is influence of globalization and integration to Latvia's economical development. How successfully will be used these opportunities depends on government institutions and entrepreneur political purposes, knowledge, abilities and desire.
