This manual is aimed at the students, extension workers and others involved in pasture and forage legume research. The manual provides a simple key for identification of new pasture and forage legume species suitable for use in the farming systems of CWANA. The key covers the description of root, stem, leaf, flower, pod and seed of the most common species found in CWANA
