Study on influence of CO2 concentration on quality and storage life of sweet corn (Zea mays var. saccharata), sweet corn were kept in polyethylene bag with CO2 concentration 5 levels as followed; 0 (control), 3, 5, 10 and 15 percent stored at 7 deg C. The result showed that sweet corn stored in CO2 5 percent gave that best quality and longest shelf life with the mean of 29.4 days, and showed the highest TSS with the mean of 4.92 Brix. The statistical analysis showed significantly among treatment on the other hand its showed the kernel color with Yellow Orange Group 20A. The second best was sweet corn stored in CO2 3 percent gave storage life with the mean of 27.6 days while sweet corn stored in CO2 10 and 15 percent showed the bad smell and infected with fungi after stored 20 days. Sweet corn stored in CO2 3 percent had the lowest weight lost with the mean of 1.26 percent and control gave the highest weight lost with the mean of 1.54 percent and showed non significantly among treatment.
