Objective of this study was to determine the digestibilities of leucaena leaf and soybean meal using nylon bag and mobile bag technique. Three cattle with an average 314+-14 kg each fitted with a permanent rumen and a T-shape duodenum cannulae. Dry matter and organic matter degradability in the ruminal in 0 to 8 hr. after incubated in the rumen there were not significantly difference with leucaena leaf and soybean meal, but in 12, 48 and 72 hr. there were significantly (p0.05) higher in soybean meal than leucaena leaf. Similar, protein degradability after 8 hr. after incubated in the rumen there were significantly (p0.05) higher in soybean meal than leucaena leaf. Intestinal degradabilities for soybean meal was significantly (p0.05) higher than leucaena leaf. But, the portions of degradability of crude protein for leucaena leaf was significantly (p0.05) higher than soybean meal.
