Utilization of enzyme and antibiotic supplement for weanling pig diets was studied by using 24 three ways crossbreed (Large white x Landrace x Duroc) weanling pigs (12 male and 12 female pigs). Pigs were allocated divide into 4 groups of 6 animals each. A completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications was used for this study. Each group of weanling pig was randomly fed thecomtrol diet, enzyme supplement diet, antibiotic supplement diet and enzyme mixed with antibiotic supplement diet. The results showed that the average daily gain of pigs fed antibiotic supplement diet and emzyme mixed with antibiotic supplement diet were significantly greater than the control (P0.05). Feed efficiency of pigs fed enzyme supplement diet, antibiotic supplement diet and enzyme mixed with antibiotic supplement diet were significantly better than the control (P0.05). Running day and feed intake were not statistical different between 4 groups. Pigs fed antibiotic supplement diet and enzyme mixed with antibiotic supplement diet had a cost of feed a kilogram of a body weight gain, less than the control, significantly (P0.05).
