New shoots of Kaew Na ma Thalaybun (Alocasia Iobbianum) were surface sterilized in chlorox solution two times. Leaf sheaths were peeled out before excised the terminal and lateral buds and placed on MS with free hormone for 7 days to check contamination percentage which were 0 percent. Then transferred the explants to MS supplemented with difference BA concentrations for shoot multiplication. The result showed that MS at BA 8.0 ppm. gave the highest shoot number which were 3.5 shoots per piece of explant. The shoots were induced roots on MS with NAA at difference concentrations and showed that MS at 0.5 ppm. of NAA gave the highest root number which were 16.5 roots per shoot with the lenght of 16.8 c.m. when cultured for 45 days. The plants were then trasplanted to the growing medium and placed nuder mist for 20 days. Kaew Na Ma Thalaybun were 100 percent viable.
