Make of species and varieties of the genus Fusarium isolated from stock cereal barley of crops 2000-2005. The total of 2063 isolates from barley was subdivided into 4 sections: Elegans, Discolor, Sporotrichiella and Roseum. The Elegans sections posses the largest number of isolated - 1459, followed by Discolor sections - 410 isolates. For investigated period mycotoxins zearalenone and deoxinivalenol was found as a natural contaminations of barley. The average concentration of zearalenone in the barley varies between 200 and 378 microgramm/kg, and the average concentration of deoxinivalenol from 200 to 333 microgramm/kg.
