Investigations are conducted for establishment of some physicochemical characteristics of poultry litter from broilers in nonpelleted and pelleted (with auger pelletizer) conditions, moisture content, volatile content matter, ash content, sulphur and chlorine content, heat of combustion, volumetric and bulk density of pellets, with aim usage as fuel. On the base of the established characteristics conclusions are drawn for suitability of poultry litter from broilers as a fuel.
