[Interaction of property, labour and capital in the integrated agroindustrial formations]

Characteristic of principles of development of agroindustrial integration of economically developed countries and countries with transitory economics is presented. Degree of coincidence of the existing principles with the conditions of present stage of the national agroindustrial complex development is determined. Principles of creation and functioning of integrated agro-industrial formations in the conditions of transitory economics are proposed. The following peculiarities of property, labour and capital interaction are analyzed: labour alienation from ownership is taking place in the conditions of economic reform; economic and technological compulsion to work is taking place directly on the level of subjects of the integrated formations formed on the basis of creation of highly specialized production groups in which the workers fulfill only specified tasks; price disparity on agricultural products influences negatively on agricultural production and is conditioned by substitution of state property by the diversity of its forms; necessity of investments expansion into human capital; inflow of investments into agricultural sector depends on the level of joint stock capital of agro-industrial complex subjects
