2005
Gadlevskaya, N.N.(Institute of Fisheries, Minsk (Belarus))
Results of research of influence of exogenous enzymes contained in fish mixed fodders on digestibility of basic limiting elements of forages by carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) were presented. Research results showed that protein content was within the limits of standard requirements. Content of raw protein was 23,3%, raw cellulose – 7,6%, raw fat – 2,4%. Excrements analysis of experimental group showed the following content of main components: raw protein - 4,4%, raw cellulose – 6,2%, raw fat – 0,3% and in control group – 7,2%; 7,4%; 0,7% accordingly. It was stated that enrichment of fish mixed fodders with exogenous enzymes enhances absorbency of protein, fat and cellulose that is conductive to decreasing of forage costs in carp rearing
