The two years of study of the influence of soil application of biological and mineral fertilizers and their complex on soil agrochemical parameters in apple orchard and on fruit and leaves chemical composition of apple variety "Charavnitsa", budded on the semi-dwarfing rootstock 57-545 were presented. It was found that an application of biological fertilizers, biological complex and the biological-mineral complex affected fruit biochemical composition and resulted in the increase of sugars, dry substances and pectin matter, ascorbic acid and basic elements of mineral nutrition (N, P2O5, K20) in comparison with a control variant. Fruit of variants with green manured fallow systems of soil management contained more dry substances in comparison with black fallow systems. Application of mineral fertilizers caused a slight increase of potassium, phosphorus and humus content. Application of biological products significantly lowered the soil acidity to the optimum level for seed fruit trees and considerably increased the contents of soil potassium, phosphorus and humus
