Component structure and identification of the main conjugate phenolic compounds of healthy and infected with septoriosis triticale plants (x Triticosecale Wittmack) was studied. Complex of phenolic conjugates of triticale leaves included 29 compounds which were identified as the flavonoid glycosides (derivatives of luteolin, apigenin and flavonol), ethers of phenolcarboxylic acids (derivatives of ferulic, p-coumaric, caffeic, p-oxybenzoic and vanillic acids) and quinine. Level of phenolic conjugates accumulation in triticale plants of Linda variety at the age of 3 leaves was 6390 mkg/g of dry matter. Favonoid glycosides formed the main part of the complex (56% of the total amount) including the derivatives of luteolin (2136 mkg/g of dry matter). Quantity of ethers of phenolcarboxylic acids was 38 % of the total amount. It was established that plants infection with Septoria nodorum Berk caused the quantity increase of all groups of flavonoid glycosides and especially of luteolin ones. The level of flavonoid glycosides content depended on the stability of the variety and degree of plant resistance to Septoria nodorum Berk.
