The results of researches on the development of computer programs of the integrated systems of grain crop protection, the biological base of which is the outstripping information on phytosanitary state of crops and the forecast of its change during vegetation are presented. Based on many years biological materials, the data bases and the corresponding normative and inquiry information are formed. The data base on the system of forecasts includes short-term forecast of grain crop development, phytophage number and harmfulness. The data base on insect harmfulness provides with storage, correction and the efficient search of coefficients of harmfulness and the economic thresholds on number, ecological and economic thresholds of expediency of plant ptotection products application against the dominant pests of spring and winter grain crops taking into account the crop development stage and the varietal peculiarities, the yield being formed, entomophage number, class of the insecticide danger and their side influence on useful fauna
