Patkovska, Eh. | Penta, D.(Academy of Agriculture, Lublin (Poland). Dept. of Phytopathology)
Results of investigations showed that biocides and fungicide application as seed treatment and spraying had a favorable effect on emergence, number of plants and health status of Glycine max. The highest emergence rate was noticed on plots sown with seed treated with Biosept 33 SL and the lowest one on control ones. Biosept 33 SL and Zaprawa Oxafun T were the most effective in germinating seeds, roots and stems protection against the attack of soil-borne fungi. The percentage of infected seedlings was the lowest in these combinations. Soybean plants were colonized mostly by Fusarium spp., Alternaria alternata, Phoma exigua, Rhizoctonia solani and Pythium irregulare
