Research results of animal products contamination various by different xenobiotics were presented. Realized tests showed that heavy metals, especially lead and zinc proved to be the most dangerous ecotoxicants in milk and meat products. Direct relation between heavy metals and nitrates content in daily rations of animals and the toxicants concentration in milk and meat products was showed. Application of agricultural crops as the green feeds with high content of heavy metals was the main source of ecotoxicants entry into animal products that made it possible to conclude that soil factor was the dominating one in the system "soil-crop-feeds-animal products". The necessity of the agrochemical research of agricultural lands in the ecological risk zones, realization of certification of ecologically unfavorable lands, constant monitoring of heavy metals content of feeds and animal products was stated. The level of milk contamination with ecotoxicants in the observed regions could be taken as integral index of ecological state of the concrete territory. For the development of the control measures in animal husbandry for the production of ecologically safe products it is was necessary organize the forecasting of optimal levels of products contamination
