[Biological condition of luvisol sandy loam soil contaminated by Cu and Zn]

On the luvisol sandy loam soil with parameters of fertility close to optimum are established concentration of copper and zinc which inhibit the activity of cellulose-decomposed and nitrified microorganisms and ureasa enzyme. The essencial reducing was established under Cu concentration in soil on the level of 120mg/kg and Zn - 60mg/kg. Urease activity in soil was reduced on 15,2 and 39,1% respectively at maximum level of soil contamination by Cu and Zn on the level of 300mg/kg. It was the evidence of urea dissociation and reducing the ammonia and carbonic acid formation which are very important as the construction material for plants
