صينى. 采用灰色关联系数法对15个2003年品比圃中筛选出的甘春系列小麦品种组合的拉面品质的各项指标进行了测定分析,根据产量、蛋白质含量、灰分、面筋含量、面筋指数、面团延展性等指标建立综合评价的指标体系,筛选出了综合品质较优的组合。

The grey relevant coefficient evaluation method was used to analyse the quality of 15 combinations of Ganchun spring wheat strains that were selelted from variety comparison in 2003.The grain yield,protein content,ash content,gluten content,gluten index and extensibility were used to establish a comprehensive evaluation system.At the same time,the optimum combination was selected for breeding.
