In this paper, the focus was on projecting of objects for milk processing and production of milk products and the emphasis was put on preconditions for implementation of HACCP plan. This plan mostly consists of preconditions which include all measures of good hygiene practice (GHP) according to the new regulations which are obligatory for our dairy industry.
