Quality of cold pressed corn germ oil obtained in laboratory conditions

The quality investigation of corn germ, obtained by dry and wet milling, was the first phase of the work. Quality parameters of laboratory pressed oil, the oxidative changes, stability, content of micro- and macroelements and fatty acids composition were also determined. According to the obtained results, the germ separated by dry milling is not suitable for the production of cold pressed oil. High-quality cold pressed oil can be obtained only from high-quality row material.
