Investments effects of grain silo capacity enlarging - the case of study

The large problem in investment review of grain silo is forecast of economic values. The paper present a method of review of investment in grain silo. The method is implemented in the study case of agricultural enterprise Titel AD, Titel (Serbia). Investment is in enlargement of receiving capacity at 120 tons/hour, and enlargement of storage capacity at the level of 16.000 tons by constructing new 4 silo/bins. The review shows that investment return in period of 5 years and 5 months, net present value is about 190.000 euro and internal rate of rentabillity is 13.01%. All this shows justifiableness of investment.
