The consequence of big opening of European vegetable market is remarkable offer of different products. That is motivation for producers to find more and more new solutions, but also make problems with trading. Ten years ago, in Europe, new trend appeared. That is production of mini vegetables, that considers using of new varieties and technologies that provides small fruits average mass of 10-30 g. Production of mini vegetables in our condition (Serbia) needs right variety, technology of production and optimal planting density. Also it is very important to determine right time for producing such produts in order to better usage of processing industry.
