The restorable energy sources are unavoidability of development under condition of permanent increasing of needs for energy. The researching in that field are intensified in the last time as consequences of permanent rising of fossil fuel price, and specially oil as well as conscience ripening of needs for protecting human environment which pollution attains worrying proportions along with tendency of permanent increasing. The solution for exploitation of restorable energy sources as well as alternative solution has to be found because the sources of fossil energetics are final.
