Conditions of transformation of dairy agri-systems engineering

The thesis aims at analysis of milking and raw milk management processes in conection with infrastructure of dairy agri-systems. The detailed analyses of engineering-technological development included the following elements potential of milk production on the farms, milking and cooling of milk, as well as transport of raw milk and its reception in dairy plants. To present the changes of considered parameters (capacity of work, energy and water consumption, etc.) an index of technological level was used as reference system. The second part of the thesis covers application of the proposed method to analyse an assess the aspects of simultaneous development of atually conceted alements of considered technological processes, with presentation of some effects and consequences of the simultaneity phenomenon in dairy agrisystems as an example
