The aim of this study was estimation of influence of three tillage systems on medium soil on the primary and secondary weed infestation in crop rotation: faba beans - winter wheat - spring barley. The six-year experiment shown that the lowest weeds growth was recorded on the control lot subjected to traditional tillage. Direct sowing was at the opposite end (the largest number of weeds per area unit and the largest weeds biomass) while no-tillage was in between. Compared to the control, the number of weeds per square m in the spring was higher by 15 percent in no-tillage plots and 18 percent after direct sowing
