In the first part of the study the usefulness of rabies virus isolation in neuroblastoma cell culture (RTCIT) as a new method for the diagnosis of rabies was examined. In the second part of the study commercial ELISA kit for the detection of postvaccinal antibodies in sera of immunized foxes was evaluated by the comparison with RFFIT result
