Efficacy of adjuvant Timor (quatermazin) with glufosinate-ammonium or glyphosate on jungle rice (Echinochloa colonum L.) control was investigated under greenhouse condition. The experiment was arranged as completely randomized design with 4 replications. The rate of glufosinate-ammonium at 45 and 90 g (a.i.) per rai and glyphosate at 240 and 480 g(a.i.) per rai, with or without Timor, were applied on jungle rice at early tillering stage (25-27 days old). The results showed that high rate of glufosinate-ammonium (90 g(a.i.) per rai) and glyphosate (480 g (a.i.) per rai), with or without Timor, gave the best jungle rice control. However, both glufosinate-ammonium and glyphosate at the low rate without Timor gave less control than those of low rate with Timor.
