[The regional differentiation of milk purchase in Poland]

The paper presents the regional differentiation in the level of milk purchase per hectare of agricultural land and the main factors, which influenced these differences. The regression and cluster analyses showed the discussed factors, where the most important were: the number of cows per 100 ha of agricultural land in heads, average annual quantity of milk per cow, share of meadows and pastures in agricultural land area, yields of meadow hay per 1 ha, average farm area in ha of agricultural land area
