[Organization and functioning of the market system of the technical agroservice]

Economic substance and maintenance of the technical agroservice are shown and its place in the general reproductive system of the agroindustrial complex is found. The modern forms of the technical service are revealed and the perspective directions of the technical service of agriculture of the Republic of Belarus are worked out. Estimation of the development level of the technical service of the agricultural organizations are made and their state is analyzed. Foreign experience of organization and functioning of the technical service from the point of view of its usage in agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Belarus is summarized. The method of definition of expenditures of dealer enterprise for preselling preparation and machines service in guarantee period of exploitation is worked out. The method of losses calculation of agricultural commodity producer connected with idle-time of guarantee complex techniques and equipment is offered. The method of interaction between plants-producers, dealer technical centers and consumers of mechanization means is improved. Research have shown that the dealer service of agroservice is at present one of the most effective forms of economic mutual relations between the agricultural organizations and producers of means of production. In such intermediary organizations producers of various agricultural machinery as managers should have an opportunity to give functions of material support and maintenance of techniques in working order to directly technical centers which, in turn, begin to conclude agreements on duly delivery of spare parts, units and sets with the industrial enterprises-producers of these means are equally interested both consumers of the given services. They will provide their preselling preparation, guarantee and consequent service during all period of operation. In the future the role of dealer service not only should weaken, and, on the contrary, to amplify, to what experience of the countries with the developed market economy testifies
