Research results in which number of the laws describing features of radionuclides accumulation by plants, their action on the photosynthetic device, root meristem, stability of plants and productivity are revealed. Influence on radionuclides size maintenanced in soil on their entry into plants is found out, namely increase in their accumulation in plants at decrease in specific activity of soil. Dependence of degree of growth and development changes of plants including photosynthetic and exchange processes on a doze of an irradiation is shown. The positive effect of kampozan, azofos M, peat oxide, Cu and Zn on chlorophyll biosynthesis, decrease in radionuclides concentration in plants at increase of stability and crop yield (cereals, legumes) is described. Radiostability of grassy ecological system in conditions of Polesje radiation-ecological reserve is estimated
