In the Institute of Plant Protection since 2001 research on isolation of nematoparasitical fungi and estimation of their biological activity in relation to root knot nematodes have been carrying out. In total it has been analysed 148 fungi isolates differed on morphology allocated from potato nematode cysts (Globodera rostochiensis). By results of microscopic research it has been established that cysts are affected by the fungi concerning to pp. Fusarium, Verticillium, Beauveria, Paecilomyces. Positive results on action of fungi Beauveria bassiana on root knot nematodes larvae are received. The susceptibility of root knot nematodes larvae to Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma lignorum is estimated. The best results are received at Beauveria usage: use of fungi has inhibited the hatching of eggs on 7,8-64,5 %, the destruction of nematodes larvae has made 47,2-87,2 % depending on concentration of a preparation. In conditions of vegetative experience on plants of tomato the biological efficiency of bio-products on the basis of studied fungi is studied at artificial infection of ground. Reduction of affection of tomato root system in a variant with Beauveria in comparison with the control with 3,5 up to 1,5 points (on a 5-mark scale) is established. Perfection of ecologically safe ways of restriction of number of root knot nematodes and their harmfullnessin in agrocoenosis should be realized on the basis of studying of parasite-host mutual relations depending on specific features of fungi, its nematode activity and protected plant
